Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns are permissible if:

  • The product is damaged or expired upon arrival
  • An incorrect product has been received
  • The order is incomplete

Returns are not permitted for:

  • Food products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Perishable items beyond the scheduled delivery date
  • Items lacking original packaging

Time Frame for Returns

Requests must be submitted within seven days of the date of delivery.

Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • The original payment method, or
  • Store credit

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for processing, subject to banking procedures.
